1. Absolutely no discounts will be given (would you like Phillip to discount the quality of your tattoo?).

2. Phillip's hourly rate varies depending on what part of the world he's in and the current economic condition of that country.

3. If your tattoo is done freehand, the amount of time it takes Phillip to draw the tattoo on you will be added to the total cost of your tattoo.

4. Please make sure you visit your bank BEFORE coming to your appointment with Phillip.

5. Absolutely no checks -- cash only, so please don't ask.

6. Phillip works at the pace that the tattoo allows him to work. Please do not rush him.

7. Private studio means private. Please do not bring more than 1 person with you to the appointment.

8. Please do not come to your appointment at the private studio before your scheduled time.

9. If you have a long session booked with Phillip, be courteous and bring some food, drinks, and/or snacks for the both of you. This will maximize your tattoo time and minimize the length of a break time otherwise needed for Phillip to leave and get food.

10. Large pieces must be finished within a timely manner (1 year). Any longer than a year, you risk an increase in cost. Phillip is always evolving and his style is constantly changing.

11. Half sleeves or larger pieces require a minimum of 4 hour sessions.

12. Absolutely no drinking 2 days before your tattoo appointment. If your skin reacts negatively to the tattoo from the amount of alcohol you have consumed, Phillip will NOT tattoo you and you will have to reschedule.

13. If you're currently taking any medications that thin your blood, please make sure you are off your medication at least 3 days prior to your tattoo appointment.

14. Please do not take aspirin prior to your appointment. If it's absolutely necessary, take ibuprofen instead.
