2. If your phone call is unanswered, please leave a message with full information (name, phone number, type of tattoo).

3. Emails will be responded to in a timely manner.

4. Please include all relevant information concerning your tattoo (i.e. color, black/grey, part of body, side of body, and full description).

5. All schedule changes must be done 72 hours prior to your appointment.

6. Emergencies and unforeseen events happen. However, an additional deposit will be required if numerous schedule changes occur.
